  3. Accept all product, delivery, and refund policies

  4. Understand that some products are handmade or perishable

  5. Allow us to contact you regarding your order via phone/WhatsApp/SMS

  • Delivery partners (for shipping)

  • Payment gateways (for payment processing)

We offer refunds in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Damaged product received
✔ Expired food product delivered
✔ Duplicate payment detected

Refund is processed within 3–7 working days after verification.

Refund NOT applicable for:

✘ Change of mind
✘ Customer entered wrong address
✘ Product opened/used

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any Government department of Rajasthan or the Government of India.

All services and products offered on this website are provided privately by our organization.

Any personal information you share with us is used only for service and delivery purposes.
We do not share or submit your data to any government agency unless legally required by due process.

All buyers and users are advised to treat this platform as a private service website, not an official government portal.

Cancellation:
Order can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing it.
Once product is packed/shipped, cancellation not allowed.

Returns applicable only when:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Spoiled food item received

Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We ship Rajasthani products across India

  • Delivery time: 3–7 working days (location dependent)

  • Remote area deliveries may take longer

  • Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp/SMS
